Returns and Exchanges can only be done in the Activities Office. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org referencing the order number and the name of the student. Please make sure to reply to the original email with the order confirmation (subject Invoice and Call for Pick-up). We will contact you as soon as possible.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the day the order was collected from ISP reception.
All items have to be clean, they can not show signs of damage or use. Please note that swimwear cannot be exchanged if the adhesive hygienic sticker is showing signs of having been removed.
In order to process the Exchange or Return, you need to show the QR code sent to you in the email "Invoice and Call for Pick-up". We cannot access your order without this QR code.
